Trainee team leader position

The position is being considered for the correct candidate to perform duties in the pumping industry. The position will begin as a trainee position where the candidate will shadow existing teams in order to evaluate their abilities and gain experience. Once we are satisfied with the candidate's performance and competence they will be moved into a permanent team leader position. We perform various services from Pumping / cleaning/ ground water control / Soil stabilization on construction or civil sites.

The person must be hands on, hard working. Must be able to read and write.

Sober habits

Reliable

Be in possession of a valid SA driving license code 8 OR 10

Must have the ability to work in a fast pace industry and work under pressure.

The person should have good technical/mechanical mindset. Be able to solve problems, evaluate site conditions.

Geotechnical experience is added benefit.

Must have a min Grade 12 Cert

Pay: From R85,00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week

Education:

• High School (matric) (Preferred)

Experience:

• Construction/civil site: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Drivers license code 10 (Preferred)
