Job description
JOB PURPOSE
This role is responsible for delivering structured onboarding and training programmes within a collections call centre environment, supporting learner development through coaching, assessment and feedback, and ensuring employees are equipped to meet operational and compliance standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interview, assess, and onboard suitable candidates
- Facilitate structured onboarding and training programmes
- Develop and implement targeted training interventions
- Drive performance rehabilitation and coaching for agents
- Monitor agent performance and provide ongoing feedback
- Ensure training aligns with operational and compliance standards
- Provide support training across the Collections Operations
REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

- Adaptability and ability to manage changing priorities
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent
- 2-3 years' experience in training and facilitation
- Proven experience in onboarding and training delivery
- Experience in coaching and employee development
- Experience in conducting training assessments and evaluations
Pay: R16 000,00 per month
Work Location: In person
