Job description
Location: Detling Aerodrome Ind Est, MAIDSTONE ME14 3HU Salary: £29K - £33K
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours of work: 08:30am – 17:00pm (Monday – Friday)

The Role As our Training & Health & Safety Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring our teams are well-trained, compliant, and confident in their work. You will coordinate training programmes, maintain accurate records, and support the implementation of health & safety policies across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and track employees training sessions.
- Maintain training and compliance records.
- Support managers in meeting health & safety requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and assist with audits.
- Promote a positive safety culture across the company.
About You
- Experience in training coordination and/or health & safety administration.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of UK health & safety legislation (ISOH/NEBOSH desirable)
- Confident in using MS office (Word & Excel) and training management systems
- Knowledge of CITB levy and grants processes. (desirable)
- Full UK driving license.
