Job description
Our client within Bloemfontein, is seeking a Training Officer to support their dynamic team! Are you organised, detail-orientated, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, then we want to hear from you!

Requirements:
- National Senior Certificate of equivalent to NQF4.
- SAGMA of GMF accredited qualification.
- 15 years minimum Millers experience.
- Valid RSA driver's license with own transport.
- Strong communication skills in English, Xhosa, Zulu and Sesotho are highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Provide SOP training to help build a skilled, safety-conscious and high-performing workforce.
- Conduct training needs assessments within production department.
- Provide the necessary guidance, mentorship, and coaching to ease new hires into their function.
