About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Transaction Coordinator / Dispositions Coordinator to join our growing real estate investment company. This role supports our acquisitions, novation, wholesale, and retail disposition transactions from contract through closing.

The ideal candidate has 1–2+ years of real estate transaction coordination experience, is highly organized, communicates professionally with sellers, agents, title companies, and buyers, and can manage multiple files simultaneously while ensuring no transaction falls through the cracks.

ResponsibilitiesTransaction Coordination

Manage transactions from executed contract through closing.

Review contracts and addenda for completeness and accuracy.

Coordinate with sellers, buyers, title companies, agents, attorneys, and vendors.

Order and track title work, payoffs, HOA documents, surveys, inspections, and other closing requirements.

Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, and timelines.

Follow up daily with title companies until closing.

Ensure every file has a clear status, owner, next action, and due date.

Keep all transaction documents organized in Google Drive.

Seller Coordination

Conduct seller onboarding calls after contract execution.

Coordinate document signing and explain required paperwork to sellers.

Schedule photography, showings, inspections, and appraisals.

Provide proactive updates throughout the transaction process.

Dispositions

Coordinate with the Dispositions team to prepare properties for marketing.

Create investor marketing descriptions and property summaries.

Coordinate with real estate agents for listings and pricing recommendations.

Upload marketing materials to investor platforms.

Assist with assignment agreements and buyer documentation.

Track earnest money deposits and buyer deadlines.

Communication

Communicate professionally with:

Sellers

Buyers

Realtors

Title companies

Attorneys

Internal team members

Respond promptly to emails, calls, and messages.

Escalate issues quickly when delays or problems arise.

Requirements

1–2+ years of real estate Transaction Coordinator experience (required)

Experience with wholesale, novation, retail listings, or creative finance transactions is strongly preferred.

Strong understanding of real estate contracts and closing processes.

Experience coordinating with title companies and real estate agents.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
