Role Description The Transaction Coordinator is a full-time remote role responsible for managing real estate transactions from contract to close. Day-to-day tasks include tracking key deadlines, coordinating with escrow officers, title companies, agents, and clients, and ensuring all required documents are collected, completed, and accurately filed. This role involves preparing and reviewing contracts and addenda, maintaining up-to-date transaction records, and following up with all parties to keep milestones on schedule. The Transaction Coordinator will communicate regularly with clients to provide status updates, respond to questions, and support a smooth closing experience. The role also includes maintaining internal systems, organizing digital files, and collaborating with the team to improve transaction workflows and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Transaction Coordination and Transaction Management skills, including tracking deadlines and organizing contract documents.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Escrow processes and basic understanding of title and closing procedures.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and internal team members.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with common office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM or transaction management platforms) and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Prior experience in real estate, escrow, title, or transaction coordination is preferred but not required, depending on overall experience.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple transactions simultaneously, and follow standardized processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant certifications in real estate or administration are a plus.
Base Salary $14560 Paid in USD plus bonuses. you should expect to earn $15000-$20000 USD your first year
