Job description
Attend ship meetings
Transport materials – Warehouse industry
Create truck lists/boards for vessels/transfers offloading at warehouse
Monitor and reduce delays at warehouses
Organizing schedules and routes
Ensuring vehicles are safe and meet legal requirements
Ensure drivers are aware of their duties and responsibilities
Assisting manager with operations
Utilizing BIDTRACK system
- Tracking of vehicles
- Creating go/no go areas for trucks
Monitoring of CCTV systems, including warehouse and trucks
Monitoring daily scheduling, multiple routes and drivers in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays if needed.
Previous experience in transport/logistics required.
