Job description

An important opening for an experienced transport and operations managemer based in the Western Cape. Your place of work will be Gordons Bay but you will also be provided with a full home working IT package so you will need a suitable home working environment and reliable internet and electricity.

Requirements:

- superb English written and oral language skills

- self motivated, team player also able to work independently

- great telephone manner

- great IT skills and experience of working with Excel, Word, Powerpoint

Duties:

- managing and scheduling vehicle maintenance programme

- scheduling driving duties to team of 65 drivers

- calculating job profitability and margin

- directing drivers during job execution

- liaising with passengers and clients

- invoicing for work

- quoting on new queries

- booking and allocating jobs to vehicles

- scheduling maintenance services.

- providing emergency support

Pay based on experience. Immediate start available

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R15 000,00 - R30 000,00 per month
