As controllers you will have loads available as per clients allocated to you. The Operations Manager has the responsibility of ensuring that you have a truck for that load. As controllers you will send out an email on a daily basis reminding the Operations Manager of your requirements. Sending of Details To Clients Will be the controller's responsibility.
