We are looking for both Treating Managers to lead our clinics and Somatologists / Aestheticians who are passionate about advanced treatments, exceptional client care and achieving visible results.

We offer virtually pain-free laser hair removal using our revolutionary BeauLaser technology , virtually pain-free electrolysis using the groundbreaking Canadian Apilus technology , as well as advanced technology-driven facial treatments designed to deliver visible results. 🎯 FOR OUR TREATING MANAGERS

Our Treating Managers are hands-on leaders who combine clinical excellence with team leadership and commercial responsibility.

You will:

• Manage the daily operations of the clinic

• Deliver and oversee laser hair removal, electrolysis and advanced skincare treatments

• Ensure consistently high treatment standards and client outcomes

• Manage bookings, clinic flow and therapist productivity

• Build strong, long-term client relationships

• Coach, mentor and develop your team

• Support staff training and maintain treatment competency

• Monitor treatment results and identify opportunities for improvement

• Maintain exceptional hygiene, safety and clinic standards

• Manage stock levels, ordering and cost control

• Support clinic budgets, targets, revenue and profitability

• Monitor KPIs and take action to improve clinic performance

• Handle client queries and resolve concerns professionally

• Create a positive, accountable and high-performance team environment

• Represent The Laser Beautique brand and values at every level

💎 FOR OUR SOMATOLOGISTS & AESTHETICIANS

We are looking for therapists who are passionate about skin, laser, advanced aesthetics, and client results .

You will:

✔️ Perform professional laser hair removal, electrolysis and skincare treatments

✔️ Conduct thorough client consultations and skin assessments

✔️ Deliver exceptional treatment experiences

✔️ Follow TLB treatment protocols, hygiene and safety standards

✔️ Educate clients and manage treatment expectations

✔️ Recommend appropriate treatments and homecare

✔️ Build strong, long-term client relationships

✔️ Maintain accurate client and treatment records

✔️ Continue developing your technical knowledge and treatment skills

✔️ Contribute positively to your clinic and team
