Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Truck Driver role based in Pretoria. The Truck Driver will be responsible for safely operating company trucks, transporting goods between designated locations, and adhering to delivery schedules. Daily tasks include conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections, loading and unloading cargo as required, and maintaining accurate logs and delivery documentation. The role involves following all traffic and safety regulations, communicating with dispatch and customers as needed, and reporting any vehicle issues promptly. The Truck Driver is expected to maintain a professional attitude, safeguard cargo, and contribute to a culture of safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate and manage a Truck, with strong Truck Driving experience.
• Valid CDL Class A license and thorough understanding of DOT Regulations.
• Capability to assist with loading and Unloading cargo while following safety procedures.
• Clean driving record and knowledge of regional routes and basic vehicle maintenance.
• Strong attention to safety, time management, and adherence to company policies.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work full-time on-site in Pretoria and adapt to varying schedules.
• Previous experience in commercial or freight transport is preferred.
