Job Title: Tutor (Engineering Graphics & Design)
Location: Vanderbijlpark, South Africa

Position Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable tutors to work with learners from primary to high school levels. The tutor will provide personalized academic support, help strengthen core concepts, and assist students in achieving their educational objectives.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct Individual and Group Sessions:
- Plan and conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions based on the students' needs and grade levels.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles.
2. Subject Expertise:
- Provide expertise in core subjects (Technical stream)
- Stay updated on the South African curriculum and educational standards.
3. Homework Assistance:
- Assist students with homework assignments, projects, and exam preparation.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages active student participation.
4. Progress Monitoring:
- Regularly assess and monitor students' progress.
- Provide feedback to students and parents on academic performance.
5. Communication:
- Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with school staff to address specific learning needs.
6. Motivation and Confidence Building:
- Build students' confidence and motivation by fostering a supportive and encouraging learning atmosphere.
Qualifications:
1. Tertiary qualification in Education or a related field (Not compulsory but advantageous)
2. Previous tutoring or teaching experience is preferred.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Patience, adaptability, and a passion for helping students succeed.
