Job description
- Fit, remove and repair tyres on side tipper trucks and trailers.
- Conduct regular tyre inspections to idetify wear, damage or safety risks.
- Perform puncture repairs and tyre assistance when required.
- Maintain correct tyre pressure and proper wheel alignment and balancing.
- Keep accurate recors of tyre changes, repairs en stock usage.
- Monitor tyre wear patterns and report issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Requirements:
- Grade 12 with minimum 3 years experience and tyre fitter.
- Ability to work under pressure with fast response.
- Physically fit and able to handle manual labour.
- Willing to work overtime & weekends.
- Knowledge of HVM and trailers.
