Position Overview:

Royal Tyres is a proud, established business that has been in existence for over 80 years. Its strategic aims are geared towards accelerated growth and expansion in a fast changing and dynamic environment. As such, there is a need to support the people business goals and build on the existing practices by growing the team.

As an Alloy Wheel Repair Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out Alloy wheel repairs to the highest standard. This will include repairs to all makes and models of alloy wheels and a wide array of finishes, damage will include scratches, scuffs, dents. You will prioritise according to business needs and carry out work using cutting edge equipment and techniques and ensuring the process is completed to an exceptional high standard.

Qualifications, Skill, Experience & Competencies:

REQUIRED:

Responsibilities

· To repair scratches, scuffs, and dents, on alloy wheels of all make model and styles.

· Wheel straightening.

· Tyre fitment and balancing.

· Checking condition of tyres.

· Strip and changing of tyres.

· To have the ability to work to a high standard within agreed workshop timeframes.

Your experience/skills

· To have experience as a fitter in a similar environment.

· Experience with wheel straightening.

· Experience with tyre fitment and balancing.

· Exceed customer service expectations.

· To have physical and manual dexterity to undertake detailed repair work.

This position is for retail company and is a Monday – Saturday position.
