Job description
Job Profile – Underground Observer ROLE To function as an observer in the underground environment to identify and report on the safe use of NCM products and report deviations.
( Being a truly customer-focused integrated mine support product and technology group driven by a deep concern for safety and efficiency of our customers ).
REPORTING Marketing Manager
LOCATION All regions
PURPOSE The purpose of the role is to provide an observation and report service between NCM and the Customer.
To ensure that all relevant information is effectively communicated to NCM and the Customer in the provision of quality service and use of NCM products.
Qualification / Certification Requirements
- Matric
- RSA Driver’s License
- One on One on the Job Training certificate (Beneficial)
- Assessor certificate (Beneficial)
- Comp A or B (Beneficial)
- Employment subject to medical fitness test as per mine requirement
Knowledge & Experience
- Communication skills
- A team player able to work well with & provide support/assistance to Managers and Customers
- Reliable to operate independently
- Computer literacy – MS Office applications (Basic)
- Cultural Sensitivity / Organizational Culture
- Report writing skills (Preferably English)
- Training / Coaching ability (Beneficial)
