Job description

Genesys Consortium is looking for an experienced Team Leader to drive performance on our UK and South African outbound sales campaigns.

Requirements:

Proven outbound sales/call centre experience across both UK and RSA campaigns
Minimum 2–3 years in a Team Leader or supervisory role within a BPO/contact centre environment
Strong coaching, floor management, and performance management skills
Comfortable working with dialler systems (VICIdial experience advantageous)
Target-driven with a track record of hitting/exceeding KPIs
Excellent communication skills, UK accent/phone manner an advantage
Available to work UK business hours where required

Responsibilities:

Manage and motivate a team of outbound sales agents
Monitor call quality, conversion rates, and daily KPIs
Run daily briefings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
Escalate compliance or quality issues promptly
Report performance to senior management
