Job Title: UK PCP Claims Agent and UK Sales agents

Location: Phoenix based applicants only
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (SA Time)

Compensation:

• R6, 000 CTC (Month 1)
• R8,000 CTC (Post 1-month review)
• Uncapped commission
• Performance-based Transport and Canteen reimbursement (monthly target bonus)

Overview:
We’re scaling a UK-facing campaign and need experienced PCP Claims Agents who can hit the ground running. This is not a training role — we’re looking for operators who already understand the PCP claims landscape and can perform from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound and/or inbound PCP claims interactions
• Accurately assess, qualify, and process UK PCP claims
• Maintain compliance with UK regulatory standards
• Consistently meet and exceed daily/weekly KPIs
• Deliver a high standard of client interaction and professionalism

Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

• Proven experience in UK PCP Claims
• Strong understanding of the PCP claims process and terminology
• Previous call centre or BPO experience (UK campaigns preferred)
