Job description

Digify CX is looking for experienced Life Insurance Agents to join our growing team. This is an outbound sales role suited to individuals who are confident communicators, target-driven, and have proven experience in the life insurance industry.

As a Life Insurance Agent, you will make outbound calls to prospective customers, understand their needs, and present suitable life insurance solutions while working towards sales and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Promote and explain life insurance products and solutions.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate insurance solutions.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Follow established sales processes and compliance requirements.
Provide professional and excellent customer service.
Consistently achieve required KPIs and performance standards.

Requirements

Previous life insurance experience is mandatory.
Previous telesales or contact centre experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Confident telephone manner and sales ability.
Target-driven and motivated by achieving results.
Reliable, professional, and punctual.
Ability to work effectively in a high-volume outbound call centre environment.

Salary & Benefits

Earn up to R8,000 per month, consisting of:

R6,500 Basic Salary
R500 Attendance Bonus
R1,000 KPI Bonus
