About the Role
We are looking for confident, target-driven UK PCP Sales Agents to join our growing sales team.
The successful candidates will be responsible for engaging with UK customers, identifying sales opportunities and delivering an excellent customer experience while achieving individual and team sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound and/or inbound sales calls with UK customers.
- Engage professionally with customers and identify suitable sales opportunities.
- Promote products and services in line with campaign requirements.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Build rapport and maintain professional relationships with customers.
- Accurately capture customer information and update systems.
- Follow campaign processes, compliance requirements and quality standards.
- Work effectively as part of a high-performing sales team.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months’ UK sales/contact-centre experience.
- Previous experience on a PCP campaign will be highly advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and persuasive telephone manner.
- Target-driven and motivated by sales.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales.
- Good computer literacy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced contact-centre environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts aligned to UK operating hours.
