Job description

Job Title: UK Sales Agent (Appointment Setting)

We are looking for energetic and motivated UK Sales Agents to join our growing call centre team, focused on appointment setting for UK-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to UK customers
Set qualified appointments for sales teams
Deliver clear, professional, and engaging communication
Follow scripts and campaign guidelines while maintaining a natural conversation flow
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
Accurately update CRM systems with call outcomes and customer information

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months sales or call centre experience (appointment setting experience advantageous)
Must speak clearly and confidently with excellent communication skills
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
Target-driven with a positive and resilient attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Good computer literacy

Key Competencies:

Strong verbal communication skills
Confidence and professionalism on calls
Ability to handle objections effectively
Time management and consistency in performance
