Unit Administrative Clerk Position

Location- Rondebosch Medical Centre

Our company is seeking an Administrative Clerk to do clerical support tasks for office operations. We're looking for someone who is very proficient in most common clerical tasks such as, but not limited to, taking phone calls, Invoicing , Doing Recons, Capturing of supplier invoices Etc.

The ideal candidate for the role is a flexible problem-solver who has superb communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset as well as able to work under pressure. This person should have experience thriving in an administrative role. Effective multitasking and a unique ability to handle the unexpected are essential qualifications for the position.

Requirements

- Matric (essential)
- 1-2 years Relevant experience
- Logistics 1-2 Years Experience
- Must Have Knowledge of procurement ( Required )

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (Preferred)
