In this Upselling Sales Agent role you will be upselling by persuading both existing and non-exisiting Miway clients to purchase our Value Added Products by optimizing each lead/call received. Maintaing a high productivity level daily & monthly by providing quality service to external and internal customers and ensuring accuracy in recording of data. May provide customers with essential and information regarding products and services. Predictive dialling may be used when contacting the client. Provides quality service to external and internal customers by ensuring accuracy in recording of data.Minimum Qualification and Experience Minimum Qualification

• Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4
• RE5 Certificate (as per DOFA date)
• STI FAIS Credits (as per DOFA date)

Minimum Experience

• At least 1 years' call Centre Sales experience
• Previous short-term insurance experience
• Previous VAPS experience in a target-driven environment
• Ability to multitask and cope with pressure
