Technical knowledge of utility equipment (boilers, air compressors, chillers, pumps, HVAC, water systems)
Preventative and corrective maintenance execution
Equipment fault-finding and root cause analysis
Adherence to statutory and safety requirements
Equipment inspections and condition monitoring
Energy and water efficiency support
Job card completion and use of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
Participation in plant shutdowns and project support
