About the Role

Global Design Corp. is looking for a highly creative and ambitious designer to join our team for a structured, high-impact internship. This is not a shadowing role. You will work alongside experienced designers on real projects, contribute to production workflows, and be held to the same standards of craft and accountability we expect of any team member.

What You Will Do

• Support the design team across multiple workstreams, from concept development through to final production assets.
• Translate strategic direction into visual solutions—sketches, prototypes, layouts, and finished designs.
• Collaborate with senior designers, strategists, and cross-functional teams to deliver work that meets both creative and business objectives.
• Present and defend your work in internal reviews; give and receive direct, constructive feedback.
• Maintain organization and discipline in file management, version control, and project documentation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our design systems, tools, and processes.

Who You Are

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a design program (graphic design, industrial design, visual communication, or related field).
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual thinking, visual craft, and attention to detail. We will review your work before any conversation.
• Proficient in industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent).
• Comfortable with ambiguity but disciplined in execution. You can explore freely and then lock in to deliver.
• Able to communicate ideas clearly and accept feedback without defensiveness.
• Self-directed and reliable. We do not micromanage, and we do not chase deadlines for you.

Duration & Location

• 3 months, full-time role. This is not a part-time job. Part-time seekers will immediately be disqualified.
• While this remote is hybrid. It should be noted that candidates will be required to go to an office full-time after the 3 months.
