Introduction
We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and customer-focused Baristas to join our growing team. If you have a passion for coffee, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare beverages according to company recipes and standards
- Deliver friendly, efficient customer service
- Operate POS and handle payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of workstation and customer areas
- Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and safety procedures
- Support team members during busy periods
- Stock take
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Grade 12 (Matric) preferred.
- Previous barista or customer service experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, reliable, and well-presented.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for coffee and delivering outstanding customer service.
