Vacancy: Site Agent (Building & Infrastructure)

Location: Durban, KwaZulu-Natal

Agility Projects & Consulting (Pty) Ltd is seeking a qualified and experienced Site Agent to manage and supervise building maintenance, construction and infrastructure projects.

Minimum Requirements

• National Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Building, Civil Engineering or a related built environment qualification.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience as a Site Agent on building construction, maintenance and refurbishment projects.
• Proven experience coordinating site activities, subcontractors and construction teams.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, quality control, health and safety, and contract administration.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent planning, leadership and communication skills.
• Valid South African driver’s licence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations.
• Supervise subcontractors and site personnel.
• Ensure work is completed safely, on time and to the required quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and prepare site reports.
• Coordinate materials, equipment and labour resources.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements.
