Location

One position available in each province where the project will be implemented.

Contract

Fixed-term contract for the duration of the project.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Team Leaders to oversee the implementation of a provincial Electronic Medical Record (EMR) training and support programme. The successful candidate will provide operational leadership, coordinate project activities, supervise multidisciplinary teams and ensure delivery of project objectives within agreed timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• · Lead implementation of the project within the province.
• · Coordinate provincial project activities and workplans.
• · Supervise project staff and service delivery.
• · Liaise with provincial stakeholders and healthcare facilities.
• · Monitor project performance and prepare reports.
• · Ensure compliance with project standards and contractual requirements.
• · Support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

• · Relevant tertiary qualification in Health Sciences, Public Health, Nursing, Health Management, Project Management or a related field.
• · Minimum five (3) years’ experience managing health programmes or large-scale public health projects.
• · Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management experience.
• · Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills.
• · Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel extensively within the province.
