As our Validation Scientist, you will ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements while validating processes, equipment and systems to support the delivery of safe, high-quality pharmaceutical products.

What you will be part of
This is a role where science meets quality. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help ensure our processes, equipment and systems remain validated, compliant and aligned with cGMP and regulatory requirements.
Your work will include:
- Review & update the validation Master plan annually
- Write, update & implementation of validation SOP’s
- Request quotes & create purchase orders for external laboratory testing
- Send samples for external laboratory testing
- Author, compile & execute periodic review protocols for equipment &
utilities
- Execute the re-qualifications of equipment & utilities
- Complete impact assessments & risk assessments
- Review of supplier qualifications
- Author, compile & execute Process Validation Protocols, including
sampling
- Collect samples & complete annual allergen cleaning verification
- Provide input to the development of manufacturing procedures
The experience you will bring
You have a keen eye for detail without losing sight of the bigger picture. You take pride in delivering accurate, compliant work and understand that strong validation practices are essential for ensuring product quality, patient safety and regulatory compliance.
Ideally, you will have:
- Basic or Post – Basic Pharmacist Assistant (industry)
- B. Tech or B. Sc in Analytical or Organic Chemistry or Biochemistry
- Experience in the Validation field
- Working knowledge of cGMP, GEP
- Computer Literacy (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Standards.
