Job description
Purpose Statement
To provide dedicated, professional and comprehensive claims administration services by accurately and timeously handling, investigating, processing and resolving/closing insurance claims.
The role also conducts investigations into possible fraudulent conduct/claims, maintains accurate insurance claim records and compiles reports timeously
Education (Formal Qualification Required)
Minimum
- Grade 12 (NQF level 4)
- Certificate (NQF level 5) in Office Administration / Finance / Logistics
Ideal
- Regulatory Examination for Representatives (RE5) Certification (level 1) will be advantageous
Legal Requirements (e.g. Driver’s License, etc.) / Professional Registrations (if any)
Detail
- Code 8 Driver’s Licence will be advantageous
Experience (Minimum Experience Required - type and number of years)
Minimum
- 3 years’ experience in insurance claims administration
