Vehicle Sales Executive

We are seeking an ambitious, target-driven Vehicle Sales Executive to join a dynamic dealership team in Strand. This role is responsible for driving revenue, generating new business opportunities, and delivering an exceptional client experience from initial inquiry through to vehicle handover.

You will be responsible for but not limited to:

Business Development: Proactively source, identify, and qualify prospective clients to maintain a Healthy sales pipeline

Follow up on leads and enquiries via calls, WhatsApp and email.

Consultative Selling: Analyse customer requirements to match them with the ideal vehicle

solutions, showcasing key specifications, features, and benefits

Demonstrations: Schedule and conduct professional vehicle walkthroughs and test drives

Full-Cycle Sales Management: Direct the complete sales process, including negotiations, follow-ups, contract generation, and final vehicle delivery

Target Execution: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly volume and performance targets.

Customer Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships to maximize repeat business, referrals, and high customer satisfaction ratings

Administration & CRM: Maintain accurate client databases, sales records, and pipeline

documentation

Product Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge on current inventory, market trends, vehicle technology, and finance offerings

Requirements & Qualifications:

Grade 12 / Matric

Minimum 3 - 4 years’ experience

Licensing: Valid Code 8 / EB driver’s licence (essential)

Prior sales experience is highly preferred

Basic computer literacy, including WhatsApp, email and simple CRM systems

Must reside in or near the Strand/Heidelberg area

Vehicle sales experience is a must
