Job Description:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering stock control support in order to process vehicle stock transactions accurately and timeously through the execution of predefined work objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures.
Specific Roles and Responsibilities:
- All vehicles are to be checked for any damages / scratches/ dents
- Ensure vin no's agree to delivery note
- Ensure spare keys, spare tyre, lighters, tools are in vehicle
- Record all damages, tools/spare tyre, lighter not received on delivery note.
- All keys to be locked away in key safe.
- Spare keys to be split on receipt of vehicle
- Proper reconciliation to be carried out
- Reconciliation may be signed by MA and departmental manager
Qualifications and Experience:
- Matric qualification
- 3+ years' experience as a stock controller in the automotive retail industry
- Autoline/ Drive system experience preferable
Skills and attributes:
- Must have advanced excel skills
- Excellent product knowledge
- Organisational Distribution Management
- Well-developed people management skills
