Job Overview

The role focuses on ensuring compliance with insurance requirements for multifamily properties by verifying resident insurance policies, maintaining accurate records, and conducting outreach for non-compliant residents.

We operate a hybrid working model with 3 days of working from home per week with standard business hours (8:30 am – 5:00 pm EST). When working remotely, you must have access to a reliable internet connection and quiet workspace. Occasional flexibility may be required for cross-time zone collaboration. This role is based in the Cape Town office.

Job Specifications

• Coordinate with MRI insurance provider and clients to track and verify resident insurance policies.
• Enter, validate, and maintain resident policy information.
• Track and manage all interested party notifications.
• Communicate with non-compliant residents and property managers.
• Advise on forced insurance policies.
• Answer emails, resolve inquiries, and provide top-tier customer service.
• Collaborate with the Client Success Specialist to resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in special research projects as needed.

Skills & Requirements

• Previous experience in a support role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Technically savvy with MS Excel proficiency, including queries.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to adapt to daily process changes.
• Experience in insurance operations (advantageous but not required)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
• Proficient in handling data and able to adapt quickly to evolving processes and systems.

This role requires handling sensitive resident and insurance data. Adherence to data protection protocols and confidentiality standards is essential.
