What You'll Be Doing:

Video Editing & Content Creation

• Editing primarily short-form videos for social media, reels, and paid ads - with some longer-form content too
• Generating content briefs for clinics so they know exactly what footage to film
• Using AI tools to assist with ideation, ad creative generation, and content strategy
• Building and editing landing pages and image assets in Canva**training provided**

Agency Operations & Business Building

• Creating video edits tailored for Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns
• Working closely with the business founder across all things marketing and video
• Opportunity to grow within the company as we scale

What We're Looking For:

• Strong video editing skills - short-form content is your bread and butter
• Comfortable with editing software such as CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, or similar
• A real drive to learn, grow, and work hard - this matters more to us than existing marketing knowledge
• Creative thinker who can generate ideas and not just execute briefs
• Excited by AI tools and how they can speed up content creation
• Organised and proactive - able to manage multiple projects without hand-holding
• This is not a micromanagement style of work - you'll be trusted to own your responsibilities and deliver

Pay: R10 000,00 - R12 000,00 per month

We will only look at short form edits in a folder, we will not go through YouTube channels, Facebook account, websites or any other material.
