We're looking for a talented Video Editor who understands that great editing isn't just about making things look good—it's about holding attention, creating emotion, and driving results.

What You'll Do

• Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
• Edit long-form content including podcasts, interviews, documentaries, and YouTube videos.
• Add motion graphics, text animations, captions, sound design, music, and visual effects where appropriate.
• Color correct and grade footage to maintain a premium, consistent look.
• Work closely with producers and strategists to optimize content for audience retention and engagement.
• Organize project files and maintain efficient editing workflows.
• Deliver projects on tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality.
• Continuously improve editing styles based on platform trends and performance.

What We're Looking ForRequired Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong working knowledge of After Effects.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Excellent understanding of pacing, storytelling, and audience retention.
• Strong sound design and music selection skills.
• Ability to create clean, modern motion graphics.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to receive feedback and iterate quickly.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with DaVinci Resolve.
• Familiarity with AI editing tools and workflow automation.
• Experience editing for creators, startups, or personal brands.
• Basic knowledge of camera operation and cinematography.
• Experience creating thumbnail graphics.
