We are a fast-growing retail and wholesale distribution business operating in a high-performance warehouse and operational environment. Our people are at the heart of what we do, and we are looking for a hands-on Head of Finance to support financial teams.

Job Purpose

We are looking for a talented Videographer & Video Editor to create high-impact content that drives engagement and sales across TikTok and other social media platforms.

You will work closely with our TikTok Live Presenter and Marketing team to produce compelling short-form content, promotional campaigns and product videos while supporting our live commerce strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Film high-quality video content for social media.
• Edit engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Repurpose live shopping sessions into multiple promotional clips.
• Produce promotional reels and campaign content.
• Support product launches with creative video assets.
• Assist with planning and coordinating live shopping sessions.
• Help with admin tasks associated with the role and streaming, like the generation promotional codes, sourcing product and assist with campaign setup.
• Help manage live sale orders and campaign administration.
• Maintain an organised content library and editing workflow.
• Work closely with presenters to maximise content performance.
• Stay up to date with TikTok trends, editing techniques and platform best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Videographer and Video Editor.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating short-form social media content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or equivalent editing software.
• Experience filming with DSLR, mirrorless and mobile devices.
• Strong understanding of lighting, framing and audio capture.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and produce high volumes of content.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Experience working with TikTok content or live commerce will be advantageous.
