Vinyl Printing & General Print Operator / DriverJob Summary
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable individual to join our team as a Vinyl Printing & General Print Operator / Driver. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating vinyl printing machines, assisting with general printing and production duties, and carrying out deliveries and collections when required.
The ideal candidate should have experience in the printing industry, be detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate vinyl printing and cutting machines
- Assist with general printing, finishing, and production tasks
- Prepare artwork and materials for printing
- Weed, laminate, trim, and apply vinyl where required
- Ensure print quality meets company standards
- Package completed jobs for delivery or collection
- Deliver printed materials and collect stock/supplies when required
- Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of equipment and work areas
- Assist with stock control and material handling
- Follow production schedules and meet deadlines
Minimum Requirements
- Previous experience in vinyl printing and general print production
- Valid driver’s licence
- Good understanding of printing processes and materials
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Good to have:
- Experience with large-format printers and vinyl cutters
- Knowledge of design software such as CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop
- PDP (Professional Driving Permit)
Working Hours
Monday to Friday (and overtime when required)
Location: Rivonia
Salary : R6 500
