The Role
We’re hiring a full-time Virtual Assistant / Appointment Setter (Home Services) to be the first voice our clients’ leads hear. You’ll work across multiple home service accounts, calling inbound leads quickly, qualifying them, and booking them into appointments. Speed, consistency, and professionalism are everything in this role. This is not a passive job — we expect you to be hungry, proactive, and always looking to improve your numbers.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Call every new inbound lead within minutes of them coming in — speed to lead is critical
• Follow a structured daily call cadence with multiple touchpoints per lead
• Book qualified prospects directly into our clients’ scheduling systems
• Log all activity, notes, and follow-up statuses in GoHighLevel CRM
• Send follow-up texts and emails as needed to keep leads warm
• Answer basic questions about services and guide prospects toward booking
• Track your daily KPIs (calls made, contacts reached, appointments booked) and report weekly
• Flag lead quality issues or trends to the management team proactively
• Jump into new client workflows quickly as the agency scales
What We’re Looking For
• Excellent spoken and written English — you must sound confident and professional on calls
• Strong phone presence: warm, clear, and persuasive without being pushy
• Extremely organized and consistent — no leads fall through the cracks on your watch
• Highly self-motivated and proactive — you don’t wait to be told what to do
• Deeply coachable — you welcome feedback and implement it immediately
• Comfortable working full U.S. business hours (CST preferred)
• Prior appointment setting, sales, or customer service experience (home services a major plus)
• Experience with CRM platforms — GoHighLevel experience is a strong advantage
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace
• Someone who takes ownership of their numbers and genuinely wants to win

Compensation & Growth
$700 – $1,200 USD/month (based on experience)
Full-time, U.S. business hours (CST preferred)
Fully remote
