Virtual Assistant, Customer Support & Sales (2+ Years Remote Experience Required)

We are a high-growth home cleaning company based in Canada. We have built comprehensive SOPs, training modules, and a steady lead flow—we now need a someone to run the engine. You will be the primary point of contact for our Canadian clients and our cleaning teams.

IMPORTANT: This is NOT an entry-level remote role. We are only seeking candidates who have worked remotely for international companies (US/UK/CAN) for at least 2 years.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Inbound Sales (Phone): Answer incoming calls, provide quotes using our established SOPs, and close bookings. You must be comfortable asking for the sale.
• Dynamic Scheduling: Manage a shifting calendar. When a cleaner is sick or a client cancels, you find the solution quickly.
• Team Dispatch: Coordinate with cleaning teams via text/calls to ensure they arrive on time and follow checklists.
• Recruitment Support: Screen and interview new cleaners to keep our teams growing.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• 2+ Years REMOTE Experience: Proven track record working for US/UK/CAN companies. We need a "Remote Professional" who is battle-tested.
• Fluent English & Sales Tone: You must have a clear, confident, and professional phone voice suitable for Canadian clients.
• Verified Infrastructure: You MUST have a functional UPS/Inverter setup (for load-shedding/power outages) and High-speed Fiber + a functional LTE backup.
• Decision-Making: The ability to solve scheduling problems independently before they reach the manager.
