I’m looking for a full-time, committed, fluent English-speaking Virtual Assistant to join my online fitness coaching business, not as a short-term freelancer, but as a key part of the team.
This is a long-term role for someone who’s ready to go all in, work closely with me, and grow as my business The Self Love Revolution grows.

DM outreach using proven scripts
Booking qualified leads into sales calls
Tracking follow-ups + managing lead flow
Keeping my DM process organised and efficient
My go-to assistant for all key business operations
Scheduling, inbox, admin, team coordination
Content support and backend organisation
Bonuses for booked calls + closed sales
A trusted, long-term member of a business that’s scaling fast

This Is For You If You:
Write and speak fluent, natural English (this is a must)
Can work UK hours (8-11am/5-9pm UK Time) full-time, 7 days a week
Are highly organised, reliable, proactive, and fast to learn
Are passionate about supporting a coaching business
Want to be more than just a VA, you want to build something with me

This Is NOT For You If:
You work for other clients or plan to take on other jobs
You’re unavailable for full-time, 40 hours a week
You can’t work UK hours or need to clock off early
You need constant micromanaging or aren’t willing to go above and beyond

Hours & Pay:
Full-time: 40 hours per week (UK hours)
Fully remote
