NOW HIRING: VIRTUAL CAREGIVERS
Location: Western Cape, South Africa

A reputable healthcare organisation is seeking compassionate, dedicated, and professional Virtual Caregivers to join our growing team in the Western Cape.

Salary: R12,900 – R18,500 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
• Caregiver, Home-Based Care, or Health Care Assistant qualification will be an advantage.
• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literacy and ability to use smartphones, tablets, or online communication platforms.
• Compassionate, patient, and professional attitude.
• Clear criminal record.
• Must be willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays where required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual care and wellness support to patients.
• Monitor patient wellbeing through scheduled calls or video consultations.
• Record accurate patient information and maintain confidentiality.
• Escalate medical concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Offer emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.
• Maintain professional standards and comply with company policies.
