Job description
VYBE Cosmetics is looking for a confident, energetic, and target-driven Sales Promoter to join our team at Mams Mall.
This is a performance-based role suited to someone who already understands how to sell beauty and fragrance products.
Duration
You will work 7 consecutive days per activation.
Responsibilities
- Sell VYBE Cosmetics perfumes and cosmetics.
- Confidently approach and engage shoppers.
- Recommend fragrances and cosmetic products based on customer needs.
- Achieve daily sales targets.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Represent the VYBE Cosmetics brand professionally.
- Keep the display clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Requirements
- Must live within a reasonable distance of Mams Mall.
- Must have previous experience selling perfumes, fragrances, cosmetics, or beauty products.
- Must be confident approaching and speaking to customers.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Target-driven and motivated by performance bonuses.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
Compensation
Base Pay: R700 (7 consecutive days)
Performance Bonus
- R500 for R14,000+ in sales
- R1,000 for R17,000+ in sales
- R1,500 for R20,000+ in sales
Top performers earn more.
