We're looking for an energetic, professional hospitality all-rounder who is equally comfortable on the restaurant floor, behind the coffee machine, and behind the bar. If you enjoy delivering exceptional guest experiences and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, professional table service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Prepare and serve specialty coffees to a consistent standard.
• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge of food, wine, beer and cocktails.
• Recommend menu items and upsell where appropriate.
• Ensure tables, bar and coffee station are clean, organised and fully stocked.
• Process guest payments accurately.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Work closely with kitchen and management to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain high hygiene, food safety and responsible alcohol service standards.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in hospitality.
• Experience as both a waiter and bartender.
• Barista experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality.
• Ability to early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Well-presented and professional.
• Fluent in English

Preferred Skills

• Bar/Wine knowledge.
• Barista skills
• Cocktail preparation.
• POS system experience.
• Ability to work under pressure during busy service.
