Waiter

Brahman Hills Hotel & Spa is looking for professional, energetic and guest-focused Waiters to join the Nourish Casual Dining team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Welcome guests warmly and professionally.

· Provide excellent table service in line with Brahman Hills standards.

· Take accurate food and beverage orders.

· Maintain strong menu knowledge and explain dishes confidently.

· Upsell food, beverages, wines, cocktails and desserts.

· Maintain clean, neat and well-presented tables and service areas.

· Handle guest requests with urgency and professionalism.

· Work closely with management, kitchen, bar and fellow team members.

· Follow opening, closing, grooming, hygiene and service procedures.

· Support breakfast, lunch, dinner, functions and busy operational periods when required.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

· Previous waiter or restaurant service experience.

· Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

· Professional appearance and excellent grooming standards.

· Good food and beverage knowledge.

· Ability to work under pressure and remain calm during busy services.

· Excellent attention to detail and teamwork.

· Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

· Hotel, lodge or high-volume restaurant experience will be an advantage.

Pay: R5 859,42 per month
