Waiter / Waitress

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service to guests, ensure a welcoming dining experience, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverages
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar
• Serve food and beverages promptly and correctly
• Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle complaints professionally
• Process bills and handle payments (cash/card)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas
• Assist with opening and closing duties

Requirements

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in customer service is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
• Good attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Positive attitude and team player
• Availability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Ability to upsell menu items
