Duties & Responsibilities

Deliver professional food and beverage service to executives, clients, and visitors. Prepare and set up executive dining rooms, boardrooms, and meeting venues. Serve meals, refreshments, and beverages according to service standards. Ensure all dining and meeting areas are clean, organized, and presentation-ready. Assist with the preparation and presentation of catering functions and special events. Maintain excellent knowledge of menus, ingredients, and service protocols. Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and requirements. Monitor stock levels of beverages, cutlery, crockery, and hospitality supplies. Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when interacting with executives and guests.### Skills and Competencies

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2–3 years' experience as a Waiter in a corporate, hospitality, hotel, executive dining, or fine dining environment.
