Job Summary:
We are seeking friendly, professional, and customer-focused Waiters/Waitresses to provide excellent dining service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, explain menu items, and make recommendations when requested.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them promptly to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring presentation and quality standards are maintained.
• Check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and respond promptly to requests.
• Clear and reset tables in preparation for new guests.
• Prepare and present bills, process payments, and provide accurate change or receipts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, and equipment.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations at all times.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service.
• Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and cleaning service areas.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is essential.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays safely.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Must be South African or have valid work documentation to work in South Africa
