We are seeking professional, presentable, and well-spoken Wait staff to join our dynamic hospitality team at Palm House. We pride ourselves on creating an exceptional guest experience, blending premium service with a warm, authentic atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional A La Carte table service and poolside hospitality.
• Maintain a highly polished, professional appearance and neat station presentation.
• Engage with guests confidently, ensuring a seamless and memorable dining experience.
• Efficiently manage food and beverage orders using the point-of-sale system.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Prior experience in a 4-star or 5-star hospitality environment is highly advantageous.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident, well-spoken demeanor.
• Personality: Outgoing, engaging, and energetic. We encourage individuality and authentic human connection—we want team members who are charismatic and genuine, not rigid or robotic.
• Availability: Full flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts.

Pay: R3 750,00 - R25 000,00 per month
