# Waiters / Waitresses **Location:** Northern or Southern Suburbs, Cape Town **Job Type:** Full-time We are looking for friendly, energetic and customer-focused **waitstaff** to join our restaurant team. ## Responsibilities - Welcome and seat customers - Present menus and explain menu items - Take food and beverage orders accurately - Serve meals and drinks promptly - Check on customers throughout their dining experience - Process bills and payments correctly - Maintain clean and properly prepared tables - Communicate orders and customer requests to the kitchen and bar - Assist with opening and closing duties - Provide professional service at all times ## Requirements - Previous restaurant or waitstaff experience - Strong communication and customer-service skills - Friendly, reliable and presentable - Able to work well under pressure - Good knowledge of food and beverages - Willing to work shifts, evenings, weekends and public holidays - Reliable transport - Contactable references Please submit your CV through Indeed.
