We are looking for a friendly, professional and service-focused Waitress / Concierge to welcome guests, provide attentive service and assist with their needs throughout their visit.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Provide excellent table and beverage service.
- Assist guests with enquiries, requests and general information.
- Take orders accurately and ensure timely service.
- Maintain a clean, neat and welcoming service area.
- Assist with reservations, guest arrangements and other concierge duties.
- Handle guest requests professionally and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Work closely with the wider hospitality team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a waitressing, hospitality or guest service role will be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, professional and guest-focused approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
