Upmarket family-run restaurant seeks passionate and professional waitrons to join the team for the upcoming high season. We are looking for confident, service driven individuals who understand how the hospitality industry works.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work shifts as per business's trading hours, this is including but not limited to weekends and public holidays
• Must be physically fit and able to work in a fast paced, demanding environment
• Have 2 - 3 years experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar upmarket establishment
• Own reliable transport is a MUST
• Must live in the Helderberg region (Somerset West, Strand, Gordon's Bay, Stellenbosch)
• Wine and food pairing knowledge advantageous

In return we offer a professional, well-run work environment, an hourly wage of R31, and gratuity.
